Loyal Wynyard (a pseudonym) is retired, living in Florida.

Being totally swept away by the Elizabeth Gaskell novel, and BBC Production of North and South with the characters of John Thornton and Margaret Hale from the mill town of Milton, Loyal felt she had to keep the dream alive.

Having never written a novel before, she feels her writing is very simplistic, and spends most of her words extending the story, rather than on long winded descriptions.

Loyal Wynyards' sole goal is to bring more of the story, more romance and more love, without changing the characters.  She is not looking for recognition or fame or even profit, she wants North and South fans to have something to embrace the fantasy and advance the love story.

Loyal Wynyard webmasters the Period Drama website and has created over 50 Period Drama YouTube videos.  She thanks all of the other websites, that are keeping North and South alive in their hearts and online.
